The main purpose of the ZED-F9H module is to provide highly accurate attitude information for applications that require precise heading. To achieve this, the ZED-F9H module works in conjunction with a ZED-F9P module, which is installed on the same vehicle. In this setup, the ZED-F9P module not only provides the accurate GNSS position but also serves as a mobile base for the ZED-F9H module. The ZED-F9H module, in turn, is responsible for delivering the precise attitude information. This collaborative setup eliminates the need for pre-calibration, making production, integration, and operation simple and straightforward. Even when the vehicle is stationary, the ZED-F9H module continues to provide reliable heading information based on GNSS. This ensures that the precise heading information is always readily available, regardless of the vehicle's movement. Moreover, the ZED-F9H module is designed with cost-effectiveness in mind for heading applications. It features a minimal electronic bill of materials (e-BOM), which helps reduce the overall system cost. Additionally, its compact size, lightweight design, and low power consumption make it suitable for wide-scale adoption in the mass market.
