Shipments and returns

  1. Packages are generally dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your payment. All orders have been shipped via the EU Signed post (Latvijas Pasts) with tracking number. If you prefer delivery by fast postal service please select EMS delivery option. Also can be used DPD delivery inside the EU.
  2. Whatever the chosen method of shipping, we will provide you with a link that allows you to track the online delivery of your package.
  3. Shipping charges include packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed and a variable part based on price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your items in one order. We can not group two distinct orders and you will have to pay shipping costs for each order.
  4. A consumer who finds that one or more products are unpacked and are missing must notify our Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will refund the price of the missing goods in full or will send by a next delivery, but excluding any other compensation or damages.
  5. If you receive not working productyou should report it to customer service center within 72 hours of receiving the package. All not working products can be sent back for change or compensation.
  6. In case of Force Majeure Event the sale may be canceled. We will refund the price of the goods in full and will reimburse you for the delivery costs you paid, but without any compensation.
  7. Are considered as force majeure releasing the seller from his obligation to deliver: war, riots, fires, strikes, accidents, ... and more generally unable to be supplied or delivered.
  8. The seller will inform the buyer in a timely cases or events listed above.
  9. In any case, delivery can only occur if the buyer has met its obligations to the seller.
  10. After shipping, modification or termination of the order by the buyer can not be taken into consideration and the price paid be refunded. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
