Geodesy

For geodesy, it is recommended to use only one antenna - ELT0123 (it is mounted on a standard geodetic pole) and only one receiver - ZED-F9P. This applies to both base stations (for receiving RTK corrections) and rovers (for geodetic surveys). 

The recommended board is ELT0087 with mini-USB and JST SH connectors with 12 pins due to the presence of a stabilizer with extremely low noise level. This is especially important when the same power source is used to power a radio modem or GSM modem. Another option is to use ready-made "Geodetic Kits".

Geomonitoring

Geomonitoring involves monitoring the movements of tower tops, bridges, lock walls, and landslide-prone slopes. Since relative deviations are needed, a cheaper option like ZED-F9H, which does not provide absolute positioning, is suitable as a rover.

Topographic Survey

For topographic surveys, such as drawing footpaths on Open Street Map or updating a sports orienteering map, the rover geodetic kit ELT0129 (see "Geodetic Kits" section) is ideal.
